The Board of Directors, acting collectively, is responsible for the administration and management of the Company’s affairs. It decides on all matters concerning the Company and takes any action, except for those which, by law or by the Articles of Association, fall within the exclusive competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
The term of office of the Board of Directors is three years, expiring on July 10, 2027, and is automatically extended until the first Annual General Meeting following the expiration of its term.
